Does the free trial require a credit card?
Yes. You'll enter a payment method when you start your trial. You won't be charged until the 30-day trial ends, and you can cancel before then with no obligation.
What happens after the trial ends?
Your subscription starts automatically at the plan rate you selected. You'll receive an email reminder before the trial ends so there are no surprises.
Can I switch plans after signing up?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between Individual and Firm at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What does "unlimited users" mean for the Firm plan?
